I have trouble getting the right zeros on my graphing calculator, after i synthetically divide do i plug in the new equation or do i plug in the origonal equation to find the next zero?
I get a little confused with long division of a polynomial where to place each term on top and how to multiply each term to get the correct degree. Thank you!

ReplyDeleteYour graph might look less messy if you graph the new equation, but either one will do. Both graphs will have the zeros you're looking for.
